Part-Time Etsy Shop Assistant (Night Shift)

We are hiring a part-time shop assistant to support our Etsy shop manager. Our shop specializes in custom cupcake toppers and party supplies. We need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and great with customer service.

Job Details:

Hours: 4 hours per night, 6 days a week
Shift: Night shift (exact hours to be discussed)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer messages quickly and professionally
- Process and manage orders
- Update product listings as needed
- Track orders and communicate with customers
- Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Experience with Etsy is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working night shifts

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but helpful):

- Experience with Canva or design tools
- Knowledge of print-on-demand or handmade/customized products
