About Me & My Business:
I'm a weight loss expert who helps high-achieving women lose weight and keep it off after weight loss surgery. Through my 12-week coaching program, I provide structured, step-by-step guidance to help clients break free from food stress, avoid weight regain, and create sustainable success.

I work with successful career-driven women (executives, business owners, professionals) who have had bariatric surgery and are struggling with weight regain. They’re ambitious, busy, and ready to invest in a solution that actually works.

I generate a steady stream of leads through Instagram—people engaging with my content, inquiring about coaching, or interacting with my DMs. That’s where you come in.

About the Role:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Instagram Follow-Up Specialist to help nurture existing leads through DMs. This is NOT a cold outreach role—you’ll be continuing conversations with potential clients who have already engaged with me, ensuring they don’t fall through the cracks.

If you’re great at keeping conversations flowing and guiding people to book a call, this is for you!

What You’ll Do:
? Follow up with warm leads on Instagram DMs—no cold outreach, just picking up where conversations left off
? Keep conversations flowing naturally—ask thoughtful questions, respond engagingly, and build rapport
? Track follow-ups and update me on progress so no leads slip through the cracks
? Send reminders for scheduled calls to reduce no-shows

What I’m Looking For:
???? Strong communicator—you know how to keep a conversation going and build trust
???? Experience with Instagram DMs & lead nurturing (appointment setting or sales follow-ups preferred)
???? Reliable & organized—you’ll be managing multiple convos at once
???? Comfortable using Instagram’s DM features (quick replies, saved responses, etc.)

Hours & Pay:
???? Part-time (5-10 hours/week)
???? Hourly
