The Union Auto is a leading Mobile Car Wash & Detail service, offering top-notch vehicle care to individuals and corporations. We are expanding and looking for a highly motivated, bilingual English Customer Service & Business Development Representative to join our team!

Job Responsibilities
? Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with bookings.
? Complete service appointments over the phone and ensure smooth scheduling.
? Reach out to corporations via email to secure new partnerships and monthly memberships.
? Proactively find and secure more active bookings to grow the business.
? Research and gather relevant information to improve business development strategies.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements
? Fully bilingual in English with minimal accent.
? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
? Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and find solutions proactively.
? Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
? Comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to potential clients.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Work Schedule & Compensation
???? Tuesday to Sunday | 8 AM - 5 PM CST
