Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a marketing assistant with online marketing experience for tasks such as:
1) Maintaining a CRM system - Preferred experience with Go High Level CRM but can train as needed
a) Updating Contacts
b) Updating Opportunity information
c) Escalating to Management when appropriate

2) Managing Lead information and helping with responses (mostly prewritten) prospective investor leads
a) Accessing lead sheet and generating responses based on predetermined scripts
b) Distribution of leads to key individuals as appropriate

3) Helping with Powerpoint presentations periodically
a) giving insight on formatting and making powerpoint presentations more impactful
