Sierra Madre Research is a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the emergency preparedness & outdoor niche, aiming for $20M+ in sales this year. Seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to scale our ad spend to $50K+/day while maintaining a 2+ ROAS.

***Key Responsibilities:
Launch, optimize & scale Meta (Facebook & IG) ad campaigns
Test & analyze 5-10 new ad creatives daily
Implement advanced scaling strategies & optimize budgets
Monitor performance, adjust bids, and ensure profitability

***Requirements:
3+ years managing high-budget Meta Ads ($2.5K+/day)
Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably
Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with bid caps, Advantage+ Shopping & scaling tactics
Excellent communication & reporting skills
