About the Role
The Social Media and Digital Content Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing the Company’s brand presence, fostering engagement, and driving growth across various platforms. This role requires a creative, organized, and data-driven individual who can manage end-to-end social media strategies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About You
The successful applicant will have at least two years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a related field.
Key Requirements:
1. Content Curation & Storytelling Expertise
- Ability to extract key insights from books, articles, and research to craft compelling social media narratives.
- Skilled in transforming complex ideas into engaging, digestible posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong grasp of brand voice and tone to ensure messaging aligns with the organization's thought leadership.
2. Social Media Strategy & Audience Engagement
- Experience developing and executing content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies across LinkedIn,
- Expertise in social listening and analytics to tailor posts based on audience preferences and trending topics.
- Proven ability to drive engagement, foster discussions, and amplify thought leadership content.
3. SEO & Multi-Format Content Adaptation
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for discoverability.
- Ability to repurpose thought leadership materials into short-form posts, infographics, videos, and interactive content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to refine content performance.
In particular, you will have:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Ensure content consistency with the brand's voice and style guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts, campaigns, and promotions.
- Community Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including organic strategies and paid promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain an innovative and competitive social media presence.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, and tea
