### **Customer Service Agent – Building & Pest Inspection Company**

Are you a **reliable, tech-savvy professional** with experience in job scheduling and a background in the **property, real estate, or construction industry**? Do you have **excellent multitasking skills, a professional phone manner, and a strong work ethic**? If so, we want you on our team!

### **About Us**
At **Besafe Inspections**, we specialize in high-quality **pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections** across Sydney Metro. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to manage client interactions and scheduling.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Be the **first point of contact** for clients, including real estate agents, solicitors, and homeowners.
- **Schedule jobs efficiently** and coordinate access for building and strata inspectors.
- Process **payments, reconcile accounts** using Xero, and maintain financial records.
- Handle **phone and email inquiries professionally** and resolve complaints as needed.
- Provide **administrative support**, including explaining report findings to clients (**training provided**).

### **Skills & Experience Required**
- **Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented** with a strong work ethic.
- **Experience in job scheduling**, particularly in the **property, real estate, or construction** industries.
- **Proficiency in ServiceM8** and other office software.
Experience in social media, preparing and posting
- **Excellent phone manner** and strong **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Ability to **multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure**.
- Comfortable with **cold calling** and converting leads into customers.

### **Availability (Non-Negotiable)**
You **must** be available to work:
???? **Tuesday to Friday**: **3:00 PM – 7:00 PM**
???? **Saturday**: **9:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
Off all the australian public holiday and we do offer commision too
