**Job Description:**

We are a busy med spa seeking a reliable and professional per diem Virtual Assistant to cover phones and scheduling when our front desk receptionist is unavailable. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in customer service or administrative roles.

**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations using our booking software.
- Provide accurate information about our services, promotions, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member if necessary.
- Update client records and maintain accurate appointment logs.
- Notify the team about urgent client matters or scheduling conflicts.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a med spa, healthcare, or wellness environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software (experience with Vagaro, Google Sheets, Slack if applicable]).
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone access for remote work.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
- Availability to cover shifts on short notice.

**Schedule:**
This is an on-call position, with no set hours. Hours that will need coverage per diem will be Monday- Saturday, 10AM MT-6pm MT. Shifts will vary based on need and availability.

**Compensation:**
Hourly rate based on experience.
