JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience in U.S. law experience to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal assistance, paralegal work, or related fields and be familiar with U.S. legal terminology, processes, and documentation. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication, research, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
CASE MANAGER
- Review and update medical and billing records.
- Monitor treatment status and prepare summaries.
- Handle billing, payments, and health insurance details.
- Collect and organize client documents.
- Compose demand letters and manage CRM entries.
- Dispatch documents to relevant parties.
- Schedule procedures and follow up with clients and attorneys.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries.
- Inform attorneys of deadlines and case preparation needs.
- Write letters of representation.

LEGAL ASSISTANT
- Support lawyers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support during trials, including the preparation of case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.
- Assist in trial preparations, including case briefs and summaries.
- Conduct research and gather case-relevant information.
- Draft and file basic legal documents.
- Manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.

INTAKE SPECIALIST
- Communicate with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
- Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility.
- Gather and organize case documentation.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and enhance the company's reputation.

PARALEGAL
- Manage and organize legal documents and files.
- Gather and summarize information for attorneys.
- Draft legal documents and communicate with clients.
- Handle scheduling and maintain case files.
- File documents promptly and support attorneys administratively.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents.

ATTORNEY
- Advise clients on legal rights and navigate disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations.
- Maintain client relationships and communicate case progress.
- Analyze information and determine case strategies.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level.
- Law degree and valid license to practice. (For Attorney applicants)
- Proven US law firm experience.
- 1+ years of experience, preferably remotely.
- Proficient with online tools (video conferencing, cloud storage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
