Business Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Vision Execution & Strategic Implementation
Develop and implement project roadmaps, goals, and execution strategies based on the visionary's framework.
Break down high-level objectives into actionable tasks and milestones.
Monitor progress and adjust strategies to align with the overarching vision.
2. Project Planning & Management
Lead and manage multiple projects across different functions.
Establish project scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure project impact.
Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ---------- ) to track progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and optimize efficiency.
3. Recruitment & Team Leadership
Identify, hire, and onboard key talent needed to execute the vision.
Assign project roles and delegate tasks effectively to tea ---------- mbers.
Motivate and ensure accountability among all project contributors.
Provide training and mentorship to tea ---------- mbers.
Have high level understanding of the skills necessary to perform all tasks
4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Serve as the primary link between the Visionary and the project teams.
Present regular status updates, reports, and insights on project progress.
Proactively identify risks and offer data-driven solutions.
Foster collaboration between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between the visionary’s goals and project outcomes.
5. Process Optimization & Problem Solving
Implement best practices and streamline project workflows.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and challenges, ensuring efficient execution.
Optimize resources, budgets, and time allocation for peak productivity.
6. Process Improvement:
· Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
· Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows.
7. Risk Management:
· Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
· Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
