Location: Remote (Philippines Time Zone - PHT)
Position Type: Full-time Contractor (40 hours per week)

Business Hours: Normal day shift hours in PHT

Compensation: $2/Hour - $3/Hour USD (Plus benefits)

Benefits:
Paid holidays following the US team schedule.

Eligible for accrued paid time off after a 6-month probation period.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Video Editor at Authority Brand, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' goals. You will work closely with the creative, fulfillment, and marketing teams to ensure each video project is completed to perfection. From concept to final edit, your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in elevating client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form video content based on provided raw footage.

Fulfill Trust Scaling Tickets and ensure timely delivery of video content.

Daily communication with various departments via Slack to update project statuses.

Monitor new tickets and manage project progress on Monday.com or ClickUp.

Proactively reach out to managers if any concerns arise or if issues need resolution.

Regular reporting on task progress and issues through Slack.

Incorporate feedback from clients and teams to refine and improve video content.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven creativity and ability to craft visually engaging stories through video editing.

Strong technical proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut and familiarity with other tools for video production.

Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp for tracking and managing video projects.

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and how video content can be optimized for each.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret feedback and translate it into actionable revisions.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience in troubleshooting technical issues such as audio mismatches, resolution problems, and caption errors.

Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position. You must have a designated work location free from distractions and suitable for video editing.

Required setup includes a modern computer capable of video editing, a high-quality audio setup (noise-canceling headset preferred), and reliable high-speed internet (50 MB/s or higher).

Team Structure:
Department: Production/Fulfillment Team

Reports to: Video Lead

Collaborates closely with: Client Success Team, Fulfillment Team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
95% or higher percentage of videos delivered on time.

90% or higher approval rate for videos without major revisions.

Minimal technical or creative issues flagged in video edits.

Timely incorporation of client feedback into final video versions.
