Compensation:
$6.00 USD per hour

Hours:
7 am through 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday (with a one-hour lunch break)
40 hours per week
Hours are tracked using Time Doctor, a cloud-based employee time-tracking software

Duties:
Handle incoming customer service and sales phone calls.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat using customer service software.
Complete and maintain various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manage and track commercial customers and their progress using CRM software.
STRONG phone communication skills are a must. Candidates should be confident, professional, and able to handle customer interactions with clarity and efficiency. The ability to actively listen, troubleshoot, and provide clear solutions over the phone is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of sales and 2 years of customer service experience is required.
Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with potential customers.
Communication: Strong phone communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be willing and excited to make outbound calls.
Rapport Building: Ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
Work Ethic & Culture Fit: Must align with the company’s core values—honesty, ethicality, positivity, and our culture of professionalism.
Team Player: Responsible, reliable, and able to work well with others.
Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards and accuracy in work.
Technical Skills: Ability to learn and use Google Workspace tools and CRM software.
Trainability: Strong listening skills, ability to follow instructions, and openness to learning new techniques and strategies.
Resilience: Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
Work Environment: A private, dedicated workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps).

Employment Requirements:
An NDA is required.
A non-compete agreement is required but will be limited to primarily e-commerce water filtration businesses for a period of one year only.
A government-issued ID.
