Cold Caller & Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Commission Opportunities)

Are you confident on the phone, skilled at overcoming objections, and experienced in cold calling? If you have at least one year of experience in real estate, B2B, or any field that requires handling objections over the phone, this role is for you!

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Cold Caller & Virtual Assistant who will not only focus on making outbound calls but also assist with essential administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with commission opportunities on appointment sets and closed deals. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help in hiring and managing other virtual assistants.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls and handle objections effectively
Set appointments and contribute to closing deals (commission available!)
Organize and manage spreadsheets, keeping information structured and easy to access
Follow detailed directions and existing processes precisely
Assist with hiring and interviewing other virtual assistants
Perform basic administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of cold calling experience (real estate, B2B, or similar industries)
Strong objection-handling skills and confidence over the phone
Excellent organizational skills for managing data and systems
Ability to follow instructions carefully and execute processes efficiently
Comfortable working with a CEO and assisting in team management
Willingness to learn and be trained when needed
