Josh Berlari, a Bali-based athlete and content creator, is seeking a full-time, experienced Social Media Manager for a long-term (2+ years) opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven Social Media Management Experience: Confidently managing platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and FB Groups/Broadcasts.
Content Strategy & Creativity: Ability to plan and schedule weekly content while bringing fresh, creative ideas to grow engagement.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with social media management tools like Buffer and strong data analysis skills to optimize growth across all platforms.
Language & Market Knowledge: Fluency in English (native-level proficiency) and either fluency in Indonesian or a strong understanding of the Indonesian and Malaysian markets.
Commitment & Availability: Must be available 40 hours per week, with a reliable computer and internet connection, and not engaged with other companies (including part-time roles).

This role involves managing Josh's social media presence, targeting audiences in Indonesia and Malaysia, and contributing to the growth of his brand, including his journey to the London Marathon and his sportswear collection.
