Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing Airbnb/short-term rental business. This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring someone who can handle everything from guest communications to system building and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Management: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-Hosting: Act as a co-host, managing listings, pricing, and ensuring optimal occupancy.
- Listing Management: Create, edit, and optimize property listings on all major short-term rental platforms, including Airbnb,
- System Building: Assist in creating and optimizing business systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordination with Vendors: Schedule and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other services.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of properties and address any issues promptly.
- Team Management: Play a crucial role in helping build, train, and manage a team of Virtual Assistants as our business expands.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working directly with Airbnb as a host or co-host, with additional experience on platforms such as
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Hostfully, or Your Porter. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho is a plus.
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.
- System Building: Demonstrated ability to create and refine business systems and processes.
- Communication Skills: High-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Honesty & Integrity: Must be transparent, especially when mistakes occur. We value truthfulness and accountability above all.
- Team Leadership: Experience or strong capability in managing and coordinating a team of Virtual Assistants.
- Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak booking times if needed.
