Seeking Vue.js and Laravel 5.4 coder

I would like to create a SPA that uses Vue.js for the browser and Laravel Spark API for the backend. I am seeking a person who knows these technologies very well, likes to keep code DRY, knows git, css, thinks in terms of Flexbox, knows how to structure Vue components for reuse, knows Elixir. We will minimize our use of JQuery.

I am not looking for an agency, but direct with the programmer with good english ability who can communicate via Skype and Slack.

Our process will be daily check ins, which might last between 15 minutes to about an hour. The team will be you and me. Please show me your code. I am interested in finding a coder who thinks clearly, can comment the thought process and factor code nicely.

Please send me specific details of your experience with Vue.js for building a SPA, and which Vue components you would use for this, and why, and your experience with Laravel, and what versions you have used.
