We are looking for an excellent customer service representative who can grow with the company. We are a company that is doing dropshipping business on eBay.
Job Requirement :
- Handle customers inquiries, complaints concerning orders, invoices, shipments, item description inquiries, returns.
- Customer Service Support.
Must have:
- eBay store BASIC knowledge (handle messages, return, refund, etc).
- Dropshipping experience is a PLUS.
- Your own computer/laptop with reliable internet connection.
- Excellent English (Writing).
- Perfectly resolved issues, creative, efficient, and knows how to deal with problems on their own.
- You will NOT work with other dropshipper or third party resellers as you work our business. We consider this as a conflict of interest.
- Can work 5 days perweek (some weekend).
The job will start with a 1 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional, I will hire you permanently. I will not choose an assistant who has other commitments.

We will pay you per DAY not per HOUR and will send the money via PayPal (weekly).
