Looking for Website Graphic Designer

I need a very talented Graphic Designer to join my team that can create and code website.

I will be giving you a video explaining what kind of template I want and how I want it to look, and I need you to be able to design it form scratch.

If you are interested, I need you to send me work you have done in the past.

IMPORTANT: Send me examples of graphics you have done as well and any websites. In the email subject line put " OJ Designer"

I will give good bonuses if I like how your work. If you send me an application without a portfolio of examples, I won't even reply. If you want to apply, it is important that you send me as many examples of your work as possible.
