JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to play a crucial role in building and scaling our business. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales, business development, and a comprehensive understanding of online marketing and operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Website Development & Integration: Assist in building out and maintaining our website, including connecting our CRM system (e.g., [mention specific CRM if applicable]) to ensure seamless data flow.
Lead Generation & Sales: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, qualify leads, nurture prospects, and assist in closing deals. This includes creating and managing sales funnels and tracking key performance indicators.
Marketing & SEO: Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, and assist with other marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, email marketing).
Operations & Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Contractor Management: Assist with contractor onboarding, including scheduling interviews, setting up payment arrangements, and managing contracts.
Customer Bookings: Manage customer bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling processes.
Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, managing deadlines, and coordinating team efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on sales and business development.
Strong understanding of website development, CRM integration, and online marketing principles.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and sales.
Proficiency in using Google Business Profile and implementing SEO strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with contractor management and onboarding processes is highly desirable.
