JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the workflow automation space, helping businesses optimize their operations, processes, and efficiency with cutting-edge digital solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Call Center Sales Agent to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue for their business.

Responsibilities
? Outbound Sales Calls: Contact qualified leads and cold prospects to pitch our SaaS solutions
? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business customers through phone calls and email outreach
? Product Presentations: Effectively explain the value proposition, features, and benefits of the software
? Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to sign up for a free trial, demo, or purchase the software
? CRM & Pipeline Management: Track leads, calls, and follow-ups using a CRM tool
? Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Nurture leads through follow-ups and personalized engagement
? Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and customer interactions
? Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas

Requirements
? 1-3+ years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech industry)
? Excellent English communication & persuasion skills
? Strong sales acumen and ability to handle objections
? Confidence in speaking with business decision-makers (owners, managers, etc.)
? Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
? Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets
? Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
? Basic understanding of SaaS and workflow automation solutions is a plus
