- Must be a people person

- Must sound like an American on the phone

- Must be able to devote work time of 9am to 6:30pm Central standard time USA. Workdays are Monday through Saturday. Off on Sundays!

- Must have a computer

- Must have telephone access

- Must be able to identify opportunity and ease peoples minds about buying or selling a home

- Must know real estate terminology

- Must have experience in telemarketing
