Zoho CRM Expert – Setup, Campaigns, Integrations & Optimization

Job Description:
We are looking for a Zoho CRM Expert to help us set up, optimize, and integrate our Zoho CRM system. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Zoho CRM, automation, email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Setup & Customization – Configure modules, workflows, and automations
Campaign Creation, Follow-up & Optimization – Set up email sequences, automate follow-ups, analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions
Integration with Stripe & Other Apps – Connect Zoho CRM with Stripe for payments and integrate with relevant tools (Zapier, accounting software, etc.)
Data Migration & Cleanup – Ensure a smooth transition and organization of our database
Reporting & Dashboard Creation – Set up custom reports and dashboards for tracking performance

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM setup, automation, and integrations
Expertise in email marketing & campaign optimization within Zoho CRM
Familiarity with Stripe and its integration with Zoho CRM
Experience with Zapier, webhooks, and API connections
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows, automation, and CRM processes
Strong English communication skills
Bonus: Experience with Zoho One suite

**Initial part time 20 hours per week, with full time opportunity within a few months**
