Senior Digital Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Digital Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in analysing performance data across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data analytics, able to derive actionable insights, and drive performance optimisation across websites, digital products, social media, and PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse and interpret website performance data (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, user behaviour).
• Monitor and optimise social media analytics, tracking engagement, reach, and audience insights across platforms.
• Assess PPC campaign performance, identifying trends, optimising ad spend, and improving ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
• Conduct in-depth research on customer behaviour and purchasing patterns, enhancing digital product performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies, ad targeting, and content performance.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, summarising key insights and strategic opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and data analytics tools to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to enhance digital strategy through data insights.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital analytics, data interpretation, and performance optimisation.
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaign analysis, keyword tracking, and ad performance metrics.
• Ability to analyse data from social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or other data visualisation tools.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product data analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate insights effectively.
