Head of Content [$1.8K CAD / Month]

We’re looking for a high-performance Head of Content to lead and execute a social media strategy that drives massive audience growth for our personal brands and company accounts. Your mission: Create engaging, high-converting short-form content that makes an impact

THIS IS NOT AN INTRODUCTORY ROLE.

You will be accountable for 60 pieces of short form video content over 2 personal brands and 1 company brand.

What You’ll Do (Your Core Responsibilities):
• Develop and execute a content strategy to increase brand authority and engagement.
• Create and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Oversee a small content team (VAs, editors, designers) to streamline workflow.
• Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Track and report weekly social media performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement).

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (Bonus: After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator) OR another editing software suite.
- Skilled at short-form storytelling (knows how to keep attention).
- Can understand how to film and edit footage
- Understands platform-specific growth strategies (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts).
- Organized & deadline-driven (Can handle multiple brands & deadlines).
- Great communicator & team leader (Can manage editors & VAs).

KPIs (How We Measure Success)
- 6-9 short-form videos per week across multiple brands.
- Consistent audience growth (10%+ per month).
- Engagement rate of 5% or higher on IG & TikTok.
- Smooth workflow & team management (no bottlenecks).

Compensation & Perks
