JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in social media management, inbox management, ClickUp, and Dubsado.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Must-Have)
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar based on best engagement times and project timelines.
Approach posting strategically through vendor collaborations, hashtags, and location tagging to boost reach.
Expert in Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy, post creation, and audience engagement.
Write captions, schedule, and post content consistently across platforms.
Research trends and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase engagement.
2. Inbox & Administrative Management (Must-Have)
Manage and organize the company email inbox for timely responses and follow-ups.
Handle client correspondences, including scheduling and follow-up communication.
Assist in organizing files, tracking projects, and keeping workflows efficient.
3. ClickUp & Workflow Management (Must-Have)
Use ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and manage projects efficiently.
Maintain organization within ClickUp to ensure seamless workflow and prioritization.
4. Dubsado CRM & Project Lifecycle Management (Must-Have)
Manage client workflows within Dubsado, ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to project completion.
Automate processes within Dubsado to improve efficiency.
Ensure contracts, invoices, and follow-ups are properly managed through Dubsado.
5. Blog & Newsletter Creation (Must-Have)
Write, edit, and publish blogs with SEO optimization to improve website visibility.
Create and send newsletters using email marketing tools to nurture client relationships.
Nice to Have: Experience with Squarespace for blog posting.
6. Lead Generation & Sales Support (Preferred Skills)
Conduct research on LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers in target industries.
Use Hunter.io or similar tools to find and verify emails for leads.
Support outreach efforts by drafting cold emails and tracking leads in a sales pipeline.
Bonus: Open to cold calling for lead generation.
7. Automation & Tech Support (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with Zapier and Gmail automations to improve workflows.
Ability to integrate tools and automate tasks for efficiency.
Bonus: AI experience within software tools, including ChatGPT for content automation.

? Bonus: Familiarity with lead research tools like LinkedIn and Hunter.io.
