Financial Analyst (US Healthcare)
Reports to: Director of Finance
Full-Time (40 hours/Week). Monday to Friday
Salary: 50,000.00

Job purpose:
This is an opportunity to join Pacific Healthworks, a physician practice management company supporting over 50 hospital-based physician groups and several holding companies. This position will work side by side with our current senior financial analyst in preparing workbooks for scheduled financial reviews as well as ad hoc analysis as requested. Experience with Oracle NetSuite reporting tools highly preferred.

· Strong analytical skills, with superior attention to detail.
· Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, multi-task, deliver high quality results within established timeframes.
· Ability to always maintain a client service attitude.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
· Experience with Oracle Netsuite
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the end-to-end process of weekly revenue billing and the monthly distribution of Statements of Account to hospital sites. This includes managing communications, addressing billing-related inquiries, and resolving disputes.
· Prepares the weekly calculation of recruiters’ commissions, including submission to recruiters and handling related communications, inquiries, and dispute resolution.
· Prepares the Monthly Financial Report (Cash and Accrual Basis), including revenue and cost drivers’ analysis. This involves evaluating historical and current financial data to assess the company’s financial status.
· Develop and implement predictive financial models to support data-driven decision-making and enhance financial planning.
· Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improving profitability.
· Establish benchmarks and best practices for financial processes to drive operational efficiency
· Monitor financial performance and proactively alert stakeholders to any significant deviations.
· Generate insightful reports that enable management to make strategic decisions aligned with business objectives.
· Design and refine forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis and improve accuracy in projections.
