Virtual Assistant - Prospector (Cold DM Outreach)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (Prospector) to help generate leads through cold DM outreach. Your main responsibility will be managing 1-3 accounts, sending 30 cold DMs per account daily, and responding to messages to warm up leads in the sales process.

This is not a copy-paste messaging role—each DM should be personalized. If you have experience in crafting engaging messages, that's great! If not, we provide training and tracking sheets to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:
Send 30 cold DMs per account per day with a personalized approach.
Respond to all incoming DMs and engage with leads until they become warmer.
Track and update lead interactions using provided tracking sheets.
Adapt messages based on lead responses (not a copy-paste script).
Follow training and strategies to improve outreach success.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both writing & speaking).
Ability to personalize messages based on conversations.
Experience in DM outreach is a plus (but not required—we provide training).
Reliable internet connection & ability to commit to 3-7 hours per day.
Organized and detail-oriented in tracking conversations.
