UK-Executive Assistant, Serviced Accommodation Experienced and trustworthy VA needed - Long term Job

Need EA who already have excellent knowledge and experience in working as Executive Assistant in Short term let business to save me time and energy.

SO I DON'T HAVE TO TRAIN THEM, instead they need to advise me.

$$$ BONUS on top of SALARY $$$
$3 for every new idea you bring in & have been implemented.
+
$20 for business Monthly targets achieved each month.

$(can be discussed) For achieving each business turnover targets on a monthly basis.

I am looking for those who already have Expertise and experience in running + Sales and Marketing of Serviced Accomodation business preferably in United Kingdom.
+
experience in attending emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls and in communicating with fluency in verbal and written English language.

DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE, LOYALTY, BEING MY 2nd MEMORY AND BEING A GENUINE SUPPORT TO ME IN saving my time, REDUCING MY LOAD, THIS ROLE WILL LEAD TO A LONG TERM FULL TIME Job.

Successful VA s will have to be available to support me (mainly expected any time between 7am and 8pm London, UK time, which is 3 pm to 4 am next day morning Philippines time)

Majority of the work is to deal with my business and personal Emails, WhatsApp GC with my team, Social media, marketing, website etc management and everything associated in running and managing my Serviced Accomodation business in UK. So they need to be already well experienced and very good at this.
