Job Description:
Restoration Growth is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using job boards and applicant tracking systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
