Job Overview
As a QA Manual Tester at EETech, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test plans, execute test cases, and identify defects before release. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering flawless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Test Planning & Design:
o Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
o Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project specifications.

• Manual Testing Execution:
o Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
o Execute test cases and document test results accurately.

• Bug Identification & Reporting:
o Identify, document, and prioritize defects using established bug tracking systems.
o Work closely with development teams to communicate issues and ensure prompt resolution.

• Quality Assurance Processes:
o Assist in defining and improving QA processes and standards.
o Participate in test reviews, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Collaboration & Communication:
o Provide clear and concise feedback on product quality and usability.
o Maintain open communication channels with tea ---------- mbers across different time zones.

• Continuous Learning:
o Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing methodologies.
o Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications
• Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
o Proven experience in manual testing or quality assurance roles.

• Technical Skills:
o Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
o Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems.
o Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.

• Soft Skills:
o Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
o Effective written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.

• Additional Assets:
o Experience with Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies.
o Knowledge of basic SQL queries or scripting languages is a plus.
