We are seeking a Commercial Transaction Coordinator for our Real Estate division in Southern California. This position offers more than just administrative duties and will involve a variety of responsibilities across real estate services and operational tasks to support the growth and efficiency of the division.
Document Management: Organizing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and addendums to ensure compliance.
• Deadline Tracking: Keeping track of key dates, such as contingency removals, inspections, and closing timelines.
• Communication Hub: Acting as a liaison between agents, clients, lenders, escrow, and title companies.
• Compliance & File Audits: Ensuring all documents meet legal and brokerage requirements.
• Closing Coordination: Facilitating a smooth closing by confirming all required steps are completed.
A TC helps streamline transactions, reducing the agent’s workload and minimizing the risk of delays or compliance issues.
Additional platforms used include Canva, DocuSign, MLS and CRM platforms, etc.
