About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant with deep expertise in long-form video editing, and an interest in building and growing YouTube channels.

This role is tailored for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in increasing subscribers, engagement, and overall channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Long Form Video Creation
Channel Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow YouTube channels.
Work with the Founder to model successful approaches to YouTube monetization.
Use cutting-edge AI tools to create content.
Optimize video content with compelling thumbnails, descriptions, SEO-rich tags, and effective call-to-action.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools.
Provide actionable insights to boost audience engagement and channel growth.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. Adapt tactics quickly to keep the channel at the forefront of digital trends.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to create and edit Long Form Video Content.
Demonstrated experience with AI tools for successful content creation.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Creative teammate who is also a good collaborator and communicator.
