Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our Shopify product listings. This is a full-time position, meaning we require full commitment without other active projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring our online store is visually appealing, well-optimized, and up to date with accurate product information.

Responsibilities

- Create and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product listings with promotions and campaigns.
- Manage inventory levels and update listings based on stock changes.
- Ensure product listings maintain a high standard of presentation and optimization.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar e-commerce role, specifically with Shopify.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO practices and online marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience in graphic design and photo editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
