Handling sales-related paperwork, managing contracts, and coordinating with other departments like technical support and billing.
Customer onboarding:
Facilitating the transition of new clients by coordinating service setup and introductions to the technical team.
Skills required for an MSP sales administrator:

Technical knowledge:
