Estimator

Minimum Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Civil Technology.
- At least 6 months experience handling the same position.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
- Hardworking and has keen eyes for details.

As Estimator, you will be trained to do the following:

1. Calculate areas in SQM and LM of project for quotation, review, and costing.
2. Prepare the bill of Quantities for the project.
3. Prepare the Quotation for the Client.
4. Perform on site for actual measurements.
5. Render drawings, perspectives, and interpretations via Autocad as required by the client.
6. Estimate labor,work duration, and work progress timelines.
7. Estimate special tools / equipment rentals and duration.
8. Prepare Key plan and Technical details.
