Designation : SEO Backlink Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Backlink Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective backlink strategies to improve our website’s authority, search engine rankings, and overall organic traffic. You will work closely with the content and SEO teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure high-quality backlinks.
Key Responsibilities:
Backlink Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive backlink acquisition strategy aligned with overall SEO goals.
Identify and target authoritative websites and directories for quality backlinks.
Link Building Outreach
Conduct outreach to relevant websites, bloggers, influencers, and industry contacts to secure backlinks.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to create backlink opportunities.
Competitor Analysis
Perform competitive analysis to identify backlink opportunities from competitors’ link profiles.
Use insights to inform and adjust the backlink strategy.
Content Collaboration
Collaborate with the content team to create and promote link-worthy content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, whitepapers).
Ensure content is optimized to naturally attract backlinks.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze the performance of backlink campaigns using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Report on backlink acquisition, domain authority improvements, and SEO performance.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all backlinks meet Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and avoid spammy or black-hat practices.
Monitor backlinks to ensure they remain active and relevant over time.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on backlink building and link outreach.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic).
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of content marketing and its role in link-building strategies.
Soft Skills:
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with broken link building, skyscraper techniques, or guest posting strategies.
Familiarity with outreach automation tools.
Knowledge of international SEO practices is a plus.
