Marketing Mastermind Required!

In Hot Property is a family run real estate company which sources commercial property, converts to residential & rents out on a short term basis to business travelers, tourists & temporary workers.

We are a rapidly growing business & require a marketing manager to initially build a booking website which integrates with a channel manager. This site (built on WordPress) will need to allow bookings, synchronise calendars, take payment through Stripe, allow offer codes, pop ups with book now facility. This will also integrate with a Facebook Advertising campaign.

Once this is built, our marketing manager will be trained on Facebook Advertising & attracting potential guests to book directly with us. We have apartments in London & Yorkshire. For every direct booking made through the website, we will pay up to 5% commission which starting from £150/night will soon ramp up!

The applicant needs to be fluent in written & spoken English, reliable, trust worthy, hard working, self motivated & keen to help grow this business & be a part of something BIG! The applicant needs to be shown the end result & left to carry out the task with minimal guidance.

Pay would be $3/hr plus commission, looking for 20 hrs per week on a monthly trial basis & leading to 40hrs per week following successful trial.
