GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert VA

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert Virtual Assistant to set up our GHL agency account and a solar business as a client. This includes website setup, automation workflows, CRM configuration, and Facebook ---------- . Once the initial setup is complete, this role will transition into an as-needed basis as we bring on more clients.

Initial Responsibilities (Project-Based Setup):
? Set Up GHL Agency Account – Configure the system for scalability.
? Create & Optimize Solar Business Client Account – Add custom branding, pipelines, and lead tracking.
? Website & Funnel Setup – Build landing pages optimized for lead conversion.
? Automation & Workflows – Set up SMS/email sequences and follow-up automations.
?CRM & Lead Flow Management – Ensure smooth tracking and categorization of leads.
? Facebook Lead Integration – Connect ---------- with Facebook Ads for seamless lead capture.
? AI AI Employee Integration – Implement AI tools for lead qualification and follow-ups.

Ongoing Responsibilities (Part-Time, As Needed):
???? Maintain and optimize automations and integrations.
???? Troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
???? Assist with setting up new clients as we expand.

Qualifications:
?? Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – preferably at the agency level.
?? Strong skills in CRM setup, automations, and lead nurturing workflows.
?? Familiarity with Facebook Lead Ads, Zapier, and AI integrations.
?? Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.
