Join Our Team as a Virtual Assistant for a Growing Real Estate Photography Business!

Upon hire, YOU'LL START WITH 4 HOURS PER DAY focusing on SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT. As you get comfortable with the role and learn the other tasks (listed below) : there’s plenty of room to grow! Once you’re familiar with everything, your hours will INCREASE TO 8 HOURS PER DAY TO FULL TIME, giving you more responsibility and opportunities to develop your skills.
THE SALARY LISTED WILL BE FOR FULL-TIME STATUS. TO START, IT WILL BE $500/month for 20 hours/week

We’re a fun and friendly real estate photography company that delivers top-notch photos to our clients. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and wants to help us keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts that match our brand to keep our audience engaged.
- Client Outreach: Help us connect with new clients using our Instagram outreach method.
- Emails & Phone Calls: Keep in touch with clients, answer any questions, and make sure they’re happy with our service.
- Scheduling & Booking: Manage our photographers’ schedules using Google Calendar and our Spiro system.
- Photo Delivery & Quality Control: Review and send out photos each morning once they’re ready from our editors.
- Retouch Requests: Handle client requests for photo touch-ups and make sure they get exactly what they need.
- Learn our Spiro System: Know how to navigate Spiro


What We're Looking For:

- Pacific Time Availability: We work on Pacific Time (5am-2pm PST), so we need someone who can be available during those hours.
- Positive & Supportive Attitude: We love a friendly, can-do attitude that helps keep things fun and productive.
- Adaptability: No two days are the same, so we need someone who can roll with changes and take on new tasks with ease.
- Eager to Learn: We’re all about growth! Once you're comfortable in your role, we’ll pay for you to take courses to improve your skills, including things like video editing, social media marketing, and more.
