WFH MEDICAL BILLER / AR REPRESENTATIVE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time)
Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all claims are submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, patients and other payers

2. Accurately and timely post insurance payments, calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary, and follow up claim denials

3. Generate aging report, analyze and work on unpaid claims within the standard timely filing timeframe

4. Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat)

Requirements:

1. Knowledgeable with medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, appeals
2. Handled Medical Billing for an SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written English skills
4. Amenable working night shift
5. Ensure Company Communication between teams
