We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Specialist with expertise in Key Account Management, Cold Calling, and Appointment Setting to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, excel at building relationships, and can confidently engage with clients, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high retention and business growth.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and identify business opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and our sales or business development team.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and update client interactions in CRM tools, ensuring follow-ups and closing deals efficiently.
- Client Engagement & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads and existing accounts to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Market Research & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client reach.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed KPIs related to lead conversion, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport, engage clients, and handle objections professionally.
- Experience working with American clients and a solid understanding of U.S. business culture.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive and persistent approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Availability to work in CST (Central Standard Time) in a fully remote setting.
