Software Tester (QA Engineer)

MyManager is a cutting-edge white-label software platform designed to simplify business operations, marketing, and customer management. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure our platform delivers a seamless experience for users.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure MyManager’s reliability and performance
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs, UI inconsistencies, and performance issues
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Perform functional, regression, UI, and performance testing
- Test MyManager’s integrations, automations, and APIs for stability
- Use test management tools to track and document issues
- Continuously improve QA processes for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

- Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
- Proficiency in test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience testing SaaS platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
