Writers needed to handle content marketing in blog!

Looking for some writers to handle content marketing for a new investment site's blog. This is an ongoing, long term job as long as the quality stays good. We will pay weekly for writing blog articles for the website based on discussions we will provide (so paraphrasing, formatting, etc will be required).

Basic task will be to take some online discussions as inspiration to craft them into blog articles for our website with interesting content, rich keywords, and nice photos.

Requirements:
1) Experience writing for a blog, targeting keywords, and optimizing SEO
2) Efficient writing, good grasp of written English, get the work done quickly without errors
3) Some background knowledge of investment, airbnb rentals, or real estate (or ability to read up quickly on the subject).
4) Creative and interesting writing style
5) Works independently

Plus: knowledge of wordpress CRM and / or knowledge of social media management

Job description:
We would like to pay $30 per week for around 5 full articles for a period of 6 months. As long as the quality is good, we will continue.
-Topics and inspirations (discussions) for the content will be provided. You won't have to write from scratch
-Each article should be medium length blog posts between 600 to 1,250 words
-Article should include main photos
-Articles should checked for grammar and spelling mistakes
