Virtual Assistant – Email List Growth Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow our email list through creative and strategic outreach. The role involves connecting with young entrepreneurs and ---------- on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to propose a mutually beneficial exchange of client base email leads. You will promote email-for-email lead barter agreements, starting with a barter capital of 1,000 emails provided by us.

Key Responsibilities:

>>Engage with online communities, groups, and social media pages.
>>Reach out to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and content creators to propose lead bartering.
>>Maintain a structured record of email exchanges and agreements.
>>Continuously explore new opportunities to expand outreach for brand growth.
>>Identify and contact potential collaborators interested in expanding their audience.
>>Offer creative lead exchange opportunities (starting with 1,000 emails we provide).
>>Build and maintain a detailed record of all exchanges and partnerships.
>>Innovate outreach strategies to maximize email list growth.
>>Trade email leads with others in a 1-for-1 exchange (with no minimum or maximum limit).

Requirements:

Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later or Facebook Meta Business Suite) to plan and automate content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Comfortable using Telegram for communication, updates, and task management.
Expertise in crafting engaging content and effectively posting on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
A keen ability to identify potential entrepreneurs, Facebook group owners, or emerging brands with a shared goal of growing email leads and expanding outreach to a wider audience.

Wage/Salary Per Month: US$1-$5/hour
Desired No. of Hours Per Week: 4-8 hours
