JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Ecosystem Administrator to oversee and manage our entire Microsoft environment, ensuring smooth operation and security across all services.

This role is ideal for someone who can administer, monitor, and optimise Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Business Central, AI tools, Intune, and Entra ID, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our organisation.

While this role does not require in-depth API development skills, the administrator should have a foundational understanding of API integrations to facilitate discussions and support Microsoft-related integration projects.



Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Administration
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Conditional Access policies and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Ensure security and compliance across the Microsoft tenant.

Dynamics 365 & Business Central
• Administer Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights, CRM, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).
• Manage Business Central for financial and operational workflows.
• Oversee user roles, integrations, and workflows within Dynamics 365 applications.

Azure & AI Tools Management
• Oversee Azure subscriptions, security, and cost management.
• Monitor and manage Azure AI, Copilot, and Cognitive Services integrations.
• Ensure Azure security policies and best practices are enforced.

Intune & Endpoint Management
• Deploy and manage Intune for device security, compliance, and application deployment.
• Configure and monitor Windows & macOS endpoint policies for employees.
• Support BYOD and corporate device enrolments securely.

Microsoft Teams & Communication Tools
• Administer Microsoft Teams for collaboration, messaging policies, and voice integration.
• Manage Teams Calling & external communication settings.

Security & Compliance
• Implement and maintain a Zero Trust security model across Microsoft services.
• Monitor security logs, respond to incidents, and apply Microsoft Defender security policies.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Security Center & regulatory frameworks.

Automation & Power Platform
• Manage and optimise Power Automate workflows for business processes.
• Support Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
• Assist with Microsoft AI-based automation solutions.

API Knowledge (Facilitation, Not Development)
• Have a basic understanding of APIs to support Microsoft integrations.
• Facilitate meetings related to API connections with Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft tools.
• Work with developers and integration teams to ensure smooth connectivity between Microsoft services and external applications.



Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Microsoft administration (Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Intune).
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Business Central.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft security policies, compliance, and role-based access control.
Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, AI Builder, Cognitive Services, etc.).
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft integrations.
Basic understanding of API concepts (but not required to develop APIs).
Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and automate Microsoft ecosystem processes.
Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
