We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generator to help expand our client base. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential clients for life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, and estate planning solutions. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to provide financial security to individuals and families.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
• Must have prior experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (preferably in insurance or financial services).
• Must provide references or proof of past success in lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software is a plus.
