Amazon Business Assistant (Remote, Full-Time(Part-Time to start))

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-Time(Start with 10-20 hrs/week and grow to 40 hrs/week)
About Us:
Serene Haven is a growing private-label Amazon brand specializing in maternity and baby products. We currently sell two products and plan to expand to 5-10 in the next year. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Amazon Business Assistant to help manage operations, grow our brand, and optimize our eCommerce presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including listings, PPC, and customer communication
Research new product opportunities and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
Develop and maintain our Shopify store, focusing on customer engagement
Create and manage social media accounts, content, and influencer outreach
Build relationships in online communities and groups to increase brand awareness
Write SOPs and organize business processes in Google Drive
Manage email accounts and provide weekly or semi-weekly reports
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Amazon FBA and eCommerce operations
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC, and SEO
Experience with Shopify website management
Ability to create engaging social media content
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
