Customer Service Representative - Home Services

Wired Electric, a top-tier residential electrical contracting company, is seeking a highly motivated Home Services Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and inputting customer information into our CRM and field management software. Additionally, you will assist with outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service to residential homeowners. Experience in dispatching, call handling, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally.
* Schedule and input service appointments accurately in our CRM.
* Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
* Provide a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented experience for homeowners.

Qualifications:
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a minimal accent.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling.
* Experience in home services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc) businesses preferred.
* Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
* Experience with some CRM system, e.g. ServiceTitan or HouseCallPro.
