Social Media Manager for A Women's Golf Brand

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team.

This role involves curating and repurposing proven viral content to enhance engagement and growth on our theme-based social media page.

If you have a knack for identifying trends, writing compelling copy and transforming content to resonate with diverse audiences, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
- Follow our training to identify viral content across platforms that align with our theme page’s focus and audience
- Repurpose content using one of our Canva templates and optimize content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and voice
- Schedule and manage posts natively on platform to maintain an active and engaging online presence
- Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
- Engage with our community by responding to creatively to comments and fostering a positive interaction environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in content curation and repurposing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok) and their analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce captivating copy for the social posts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and audience preferences.
- VPN to log into accounts from a USA based IP address
