Product Sourcing Manager

We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Manager to join our team and drive our procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective product sourcing strategies to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers and manufacturers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to optimize costs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, marketing) to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve any supply chain issues, and ensure risk management in procurement.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and supplier audits to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong network of suppliers, preferably in [industry or region, e.g., Asia, Europe].
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure cost-effective deals without compromising on quality.
- Excellent understanding of international trade regulations, import/export laws, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
